ТАКТИКА ЛЕЧЕНИЯ НЕСТАБИЛЬНОСТИ СУХОЖИЛИЯ ДЛИННОЙ ГОЛОВКИ ДВУГЛАВОЙ МЫШЦЫ ПЛЕЧА

Аннотация

Изучены результаты лечения 66 пациентов с нестабильностью сухожилия длинной головки бицепса (СДГБ), пролеченных за период с 2004 по 2017 г. В зависимости от диагностированного типа нестабильности СДГБ обследуемые были разделены на 5 групп по классификации Bennet (2003). Задача, поставленная исследователями, состояла в формировании тактических подходов с учетом характера повреждения ротаторно-бицепитального комплекса при различных типах нестабильности СДГБ. Пациентам групп 1 и 2 назначали курс консервативной терапии, пациентам групп 3–5 рекомендовали оперативное лечение с использованием артроскопии и собственных методик. Применение тактических подходов и способов, разработанных авторами, позволило улучшить объективные показатели функции сустава и субъективные ощущения пациентов.
