НЕЙРОИНДУЦИРОВАННЫЕ МЕЗЕНХИМАЛЬНЫЕ СТВОЛОВЫЕ КЛЕТКИ В ТЕРАПИИ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ НЕРВНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ

Аннотация

Мезенхимальные стволовые клетки (МСК) рассматриваются как перспективный терапевтический агент при ряде заболеваний, включая неизлечимые патологии нервной системы. В данном обзоре обсуждается терапевтическое применение МСК, подвергнутых дифференцировке в неконвенционном нейрогенном направлении. Проведен анализ данных по нейродифференцировке МСК в культуре in vitro, результатов исследований на подопытных животных, а также последних данных клинических испытаний нейродифференцированных МСК в Беларуси и за рубежом для лечения пациентов с диагнозами «боковой амиотрофический склероз» и «эпилепсия».
