В данном обзоре обсуждается терапевтическое применение МСК, подвергнутых дифференцировке в неконвенционном нейрогенном направлении. Проведен анализ данных по нейродифференцировке МСК в культуре in vitro, результатов исследований на подопытных животных, а также последних данных клинических испытаний нейродифференцированных МСК в Беларуси и за рубежом для лечения пациентов с диагнозами «боковой амиотрофический склероз» и «эпилепсия».</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have long been viewed as a promising therapeutic agent for incurable CNS disorders. This review covers therapeutic applications of MSCs induced for a non- conventional neural differentiation.
