ВЛИЯНИЕ ПОТРЕБЛЕНИЯ АЛКОГОЛЯ НА РИСК РАЗВИТИЯ МЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКОГО СИНДРОМА

Анатацыя

По данным мета-анализа проспективных исследований, злоупотребление алкоголем увеличивает риск развития метаболического синдрома, тогда как очень низкое его потребление ассоциируется со сниженным риском. Потребление алкоголя в диапазоне от низкого до умеренного снижает риск развития артериальной гипертензии у женщин и увеличивает риск данного заболевания у мужчин. Увеличение приема алкоголя связано со статистически достоверным, но количественно небольшим увеличением веса тела у мужчин. Легкое и умеренное потребление алкоголя снижает риск развития сахарного диабета второго типа у мужчин и женщин, а злоупотребление является опасным.
