Influence of intravenous laser irradiation of blood on the levels of circulating endothelial progenitor cells and endothelial stem cells in the acute lacunar stroke

Abstract

cells expressing the adhesion molecule VE-cadherin (CD144), and non-linear level pericyte marker CD71. Our data allow us to recommend the application of ILIB from the first days of LS for post-stroke angiogenesis induction and blood brain barrier stabilization.
