Животные были случайным образом разделены на 3 группы по 7 подгрупп, в каждой из которых было по 10 особей. Крысы первой группы употребляли в качестве единственного источника питьевой воды раствор 4-НХО (канцероген) в концентрации 50 мг/мл. Животным второй группы наносили аналогичный канцероген на СО нижней губы и языка 3 раза в день (в 9.00, 14.00 и 19.00) в сочетании с воздействием 3D-устройства с травмирующим элементом.</p><p>В результате выполнения работы разработан способ экспериментального моделирования предопухолевых поражений СОРП, заключающийся в сочетанном местном воздействии канцерогеном и 3D-устройством с травмирующим элементом на СО нижней губы крысы. Способ имеет следующие преимущества перед существующими моделями: развитие гиперплазии и дисплазии эпителия СО нижней губы достигается через 12 недель у 100 % животных, а в группе сравнения – у 20 % крыс (р &lt; 0,05); отсутствие поражения канцерогеном других органов ЖКТ, на что указывает отсутствие снижения прироста живой массы тела до развития требуемых от экспериментальной модели изменений СОРП (р &gt;&lt; 0,05); визуально доступная локализация на СО нижней губы патологических изменений эпителия (в группе сравнения – на корне языка). Полученные результаты продемонстрировали в динамике гистопатологические изменения в слизистой оболочке – от нормального эпителия до гиперплазии, гиперкератоза и дисплазии разной степени тяжести, что характерно для предопухолевых поражений СОРП.&gt;&lt;0,05); отсутствие поражения канцерогеном других органов ЖКТ, на что указывает отсутствие снижения прироста живой массы тела до развития требуемых от экспериментальной модели изменений СОРП (р &lt;0,05); визуально доступная локализация на СО нижней губы патологических изменений эпителия (в группе сравнения – на корне языка).</p><p>Полученные результаты продемонстрировали в динамике гистопатологические изменения в слизистой оболочке – от нормального эпителия до гиперплазии, гиперкератоза и дисплазии разной степени тяжести, что характерно для предопухолевых поражений СОРП.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Oral mucosal cancer (OMC) is a serious public health problem. Studies were performed on 210 males of white mongrel rats weighing 180–200 g. The animals were randomly divided into 3 groups of 7 subgroups, with 10 rats in each group. The rats of the first group were included in the diet by dissolving a solution 4-NQO (carcinogen) in drinking water at a concentration of 50 mg/ml. The animals of the second group were applied by carcinogen dissolved in drinking water at a concentration of 50 mg/ml to the ОМС of the lower lip and the tongue three times a day (at 9:00, 2:00, and 7:00 pm) in combination with exposure to a 3D device with a traumatic element.</p><p>The method of experimental modeling of pre-tumor lesions of the oral mucosa was developed. It included a combined local exposure to the solution 4-NQO and the 3D device with a traumatic element on the rat lower lip OMC. It has the following advantages over the existing models: the development of hyperplasia and dysplasia of lower lip ОМС epithelium is achieved after 12 weeks in 100 % of animals, and in the comparison group – in 20 % of rats (р </p><p>&lt; 0.05); no carcinogen affection of other gastrointestinal organs, as indicated by no reduction of live body weight gain before the development of ОМС changes required from the experimental model (р &gt;&lt; 0.05); visually accessible localization of pathological epithelial changes on the lower lip ОМС, and in the comparison group on the tongue root.&gt;</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>экспериментальная модель</kwd><kwd>предопухолевые поражения</kwd><kwd>слизистая оболочка ротовой полости</kwd><kwd>канцероген</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>experimental model</kwd><kwd>precancerous lesions</kwd><kwd>oral mucosa</kwd><kwd>carcinogen</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Warnakulasuriya, S.
