При этом так называемые ложные (приобретенные) дивертикулы в сигмовидной кишке диагностируют у 50‒65 % пациентов, а истинные (врожденные) дивертикулы в правых сегментах ОК – только у 10 % пациентов. Тотальное поражение дивертикулами ОК встречается редко – менее чем у 10 % пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The frequency of diverticula in the left segments of the colon is 90 % according to various sources. These are the so-called false (acquired) diverticula, with 50–65 % of them found in the sigmoid colon, and only 10 % of patients are diagnosed with true (congenital) diverticula in the right segments of the colon.
