На независимой экзаменационной выборке пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью показано, что данный метод обладает хорошей воспроизводимостью и высокой точностью, составляющей 99,2 %.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A new scientifically based method for determining the right ventricle (RV) diastolic dysfunction (DD) uses the concept of a comprehensive assessment of the leading pathofunctional and hemodynamic mechanisms of development and progression of RV DD in heart failure, global heart remodeling.
