Анализ доступных литературных данных позволил предложить собственную классификацию на основе частных и интегративных показателей, определяющих регенеративный потенциал реципиентных дефектов.Разработан метод оценки и прогнозирования результатов направленной тканевой регенерации в зависимости от исходных параметров морфометрических характеристик дефекта, выбора технического обеспечения и методики реконструктивного вмешательства. Параметры гистоархитектоники дефекта и его регенеративный потенциал могут быть представлены в виде упрощенной индексной четырехпараметрической классификации, предназначенной для клинической и экспертной работы с целью принятия решений при выборе техники реконструкции альвеолярных и периодонтальных дефектов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The efficacy and long-term outcomes of the procedure of guided tissue regeneration depend on the basic morphometric condition of the defect and the choice of the technical supplement and the technical approach to surgery.
