В этой связи необходимым является изучение их потенциальной токсичности, в том числе и хронической. Повторное введение мышам линии C57BL6 на протяжении 62 сут N-пальмитоилглицина и N-пальмитоил-5-аминолевулиновой кислоты (заключенных в липосомы) показало, что действие последней менее токсично, о чем свидетельствует более низкая смертность животных. Выявленные токсические эффекты высокихдозкакPalGly,такиPal-5-ALA характеризовались гендерной зависимостью: самцы оказались более чувствительными к PalGly, тогда как самки - к Pal-5-Ala. Хроническое введение липосом на основе фосфатидилхолина (без N-ациламинокислот) вызвало гибель отдельных особей, что позволило предположить, что токсическое действие PalGly и Pal-5-ALA в липосомальной форме обусловлено, как минимум частично, влиянием самих липосом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The derivatives of fatty acids are considered as promising bases for the development of medicinal and cosmetic agents. In this regard, it is necessary to study their potential toxicity, including chronic. In repeated toxicity experiments on mice of C57BL6 line, the administration of N-palmitoyl-5-aminolevulinic acid (within liposomes) for 62 days was less toxic than N-palmitoylglycine injected in the same regimen, which resulted in lower mortality of animals. The toxic eﬀects of high doses, both PalGly and Pal-5-ALA, are characterized by a gender dependence: males were more sensitive to PalGly, whereas females - to Pal-5-Ala.
