Описаны современные представления о микроРНК, их биогенезе и функции в образовании жировой ткани, метаболизме липидов и углеводов. Рассмотрены возможности использования микроРНК для разработки новых терапевтических подходов в лечении ожирения и связанных с ним осложнений, а также в качестве биомаркеров различных патологических процессов, обусловленных нарушением обмена веществ в организме.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A literature review about the role of microrna in biological processes associated with .obesity was completed. Modern ideas about micrornas, their biogenesis and their role in the formation of adipose tissue, glucose and lipid metabolism were described.
