В статье изложены результаты многолетних научных исследований, на основании которых разработаны и внедрены в практику уникальные технологии, позволяющие снизить частоту послеоперационных осложнений и улучшить отдаленные результаты лечения пациентов с хроническими заболеваниями печени в терминальной стадии, опухолями печени, а также c фульминантной печеночной недостаточностью. 

This article presents the results of long-term research on the basis of which unique technologies have been developed and implemented which one allowed to reduce the frequency of postoperative complications and to improve longterm results of treatment of patients with chronic liver diseases at the terminal stage, liver tumors, and fulminant hepatic failure.
