Мутационное GC-давление, которому ранее подвергались гены APC грызунов, впоследствии сменилось на AT-давление. В результате вероятность возникновения синонимичной замены в гене APC грызунов значительно выше, чем в гомологичном гене человека, что не позволяет считать их, в отличие от обезьян, подходящей моделью для изучения колоректального рака. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The rates of synonymous mutations in Adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) gene varies greatly among different species of animals. APC genes of rodents had been under the influence of mutational GC-pressure that changed its direction to AT-pressure during a more recent period of time. As a result, the probability of synonymous mutation occurrence in the APC gene of rodents is significantly higher than in the homologous human gene.
