Выявлено, что ранняя стадия диабетического поражения сердца носит адаптивный (компенсаторный) характер, а более поздняя его стадия сопровождается развитием миокардиодистрофических процессов и срывом адаптации – декомпенсацией.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Structural and ultrastructural features of the myocardium were studied by experimental models of streptozotocin-induced diabetes. It was revealed that the early stage of the diabetic heart disease is associated with the development of adaptive (compensatory) processes in the heart.
