Установлено, что однократная инъекция N-пальмитоилглицина, N-паль-митоилсеринола и N-пальмитоил-5-аминолевулиновой кислоты в дозе 2,5 мкмоль/кг в разной степени увеличивает болевой порог при предъявлении механического или термического болевого стимула. Указанные амиды могут, таким образом, играть важную роль в болевой чувствительности, в частности, за счет участия в процессах липидной сигнализации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The effect of some amides of palmitic acid on the pain sensitivity was studied on rats using different tests of the pain response. Single injections (2.5 μmol/kg) of N-palmitoylglycine, N-palmitoylserinol, and N-palmitoyl-5-aminolevulinic acid were found to decrease the pain threshold in varying degrees both during thermal and mechanical stimuli submission.
