У пациентов с гипергликемией на фоне острого ИМ установлены прогностически неблагоприятные изменения показателей воспаления и системы гемостаза. Выявлены особенности течения ИМ и изменения параметров гомеостаза в зависимости от динамики уровня гликемии в остром периоде заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The results of examination of 170 patients with acute myocardial infarction (MI) without previous carbohydrate metabolism disorders are presented in the article. Hyperglycemia in case of MI leads to unfavourable prognostic changes in inflammation and hemostasis parameters.
