В статье представлены результаты обследования 170 пациентов с острым инфарктом миокарда (ИМ) без нарушений углеводного обмена в анамнезе. У пациентов с гипергликемией на фоне острого ИМ установлены прогностически неблагоприятные изменения показателей воспаления и системы гемостаза. Выявлены особенности течения ИМ и изменения параметров гомеостаза в зависимости от динамики уровня гликемии в остром периоде заболевания.

The results of examination of 170 patients with acute myocardial infarction (MI) without previous carbohydrate metabolism disorders are presented in the article. Hyperglycemia in case of MI leads to unfavourable prognostic changes in inflammation and hemostasis parameters. Patient outcomes and homeostasis parameter changes have been revealed depending on the dynamics of glycemia in the acute period of MI.
