Обнаружено, что глобальный ток ЦСЖ может быть направлен как в каудальном направлении, так и быть обращенным внутрь желудочков головного мозга. Для количестенной оценки направления и относительной величины глобального тока ЦСЖ введен параметр асимметрии потока. Результаты рассмотрены как на основе классических представлений, так и с позиций нового знания о водном обмене головного мозга и роли аквапоринов AQP1 и AQP4 в нарушении водного обмена и развитии отека головного мозга.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>-weighted MRI revealed the oscillating flow of CSF in the duct of Silvius with its global flow directed either into or out of the ventricles. An asymmetry parameter was introduced to quantify the flow.
