Таким образом, МСК ОВ являются популяцией тканеспецифичных стволовых клеток. Спектр выявленных в клетках ферментов, коингибиторных и адгезивных молекул свидетельствует, что биопрепараты МСК ОВ в перспективе могут применяться в клеточной терапии повреждений нервной ткани и в лечении аутоиммунных заболеваний.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>). Some neuronal stem/progenitor markers (nestin, b3-tubulin, vimentin, p75, GFAP) were observed in the analyzed cells, suggesting that hOM-MSCs may represent a distinct tissue-specific population of stem cells.
