Отличительная черта полученной формулы - возможность учитывать частоту сердечных сокращений, которая существенно влияет на артериальную жесткость, а следовательно, и на скорость распространения пульсовой волны.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The formula for assessment of a pulse wave velocity in the common carotid artery of patients with essential arterial hypertension of 1 degree considering a heart rate is proposed.
