В ходе эксперимента на лабораторных собаках разработан способ трансплантации культуры МСК различной степени дифференцировки в созданный дефект хряща. Установлено, что трансплантация культуры хондрогенно предифференцированнных МСК позволяет достичь регенеративного восстановления дефекта.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) seems to be an effective method for cartilage lesion treatment. However, there is no common approach for selection of a stem cells source, a surgical method of transplantation, a MSC graft differentiation degree. An experiment by the developed method was performed on dogs. Grafts with different degree of differentiation were used. The results revealed that the chondrogenic differentiated MSCs graft allows regenerative recovery of cartilage injury to be achieved.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Эйсмонт О.
