Изучены особенности электрической активности в каудальных отделах ствола головного мозга после аппликации клофелина на слизистую оболочку полости носа крысы. Мульти-клеточную электрическую активность нейронов регистрировали в ядре солитарного тракта у наркотизированных нембутал-уретаном животных. После аппликации 50 мкл 0,1 %-ного клофелина на слизистую оболочку носа через 1 мин отмечался прирост активности нейронов ядра солитарного тракта с 55 до 112 имп/с. После аппликации кло-фелина обнаружен феномен пробуждения животного, гипотетически обусловленный предшествующим возрастанием электрической активности в стволе головного мозга.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Alpha2-adrenergic agonist clonidine and its antihypertensive effects are widely used in experimental studies of neu-rotransmitter systems. The aim of this work was to study the characteristics of the electrical activity in the caudal part of the brain stem after the application of clonidine on the nasal mucosa of the rat. Multicellular electrical activity of neurons was recorded in the nucleus of the solitary tract in animals anesthetized by nembutal-urethane. After the application of 50 mkl of 0.1 % clonidine on the nasal mucosa after a 1 min increase in the activity of neurons of the nucleus of the solitary tract was marked from 55 to 112 pulses/s. The phenomenon of anesthesia recovery was discovered after the application of clonidine and hypothetically due to an increase in the previous electrical activity in the brain stem.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Punnen S. et al. // Brain Res. 1987.
