На основе логистической регрессии создана математическая модель прогнозирования начальной функции пересаженной почки. При тестировании модели были найдены референтные границы, позволяющие обосновать интерпретацию полученного прогноза. Если вероятность начальной функции трансплантата почки составляет более 0,89 - прогнозируют удовлетворительную начальную функцию почечного трансплантата, если находится в диапазоне 0,53-0,89 -существует риск его начальной дисфункции, если менее 0,53 - считают, что начальная функция почечного трансплантата неудовлетворительная. На базе построенной математической модели разработан программный продукт «Калькулятор функции трансплантата почки».</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Validation of the model allowed finding thresholds, according to which one can interpret reasonably the model results. If the probability of the primary graft function is more than 0.89, then the satisfactory primary graft function is expected. If the result is within the range of 0.53-0.89, it is believed that there is a risk of the primary graft function. And if the result is less than 0.53, the unsatisfactory primary graft function is predicted.
