В ходе исследований был разработан рекомбинантный вектор pBK-1,2VT, включающий два фрагмента генома BKV, служащих мишенью для выявления ДНК BKV. Полученный препарат pBK-1,2VT рекомендован для использования в качестве положительного контроля, а в дальнейшем - для количественной оценки содержания ДНК BKV в образцах мочи и сыворотки крови методом ПЦР в реальном времени.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>BK virus (BKV) is the infectious cause of polyomavirus-associated nephropathy that leads to the loss of the graft in renal transplant recipients. In this article we describe a construction of recombinant vector pBK-1.2VT that contains two BKV genome fragments significant for virus detection.
