На сегодняшний день рак предстательной железы (РПЖ) занимает ведущее место в структуре смертности от злокачественных новообразований, однако лишь у незначительного числа пациентов данное заболевание является непосредственной причиной летального исхода. Проблемой онкологической урологии является неспособность выявить тех пациентов, у которых РПЖ будет протекать латентно многие годы, а иногда - всю жизнь. В данном обзоре приведен мета-анализ публикаций, посвященных изучению факторов риска и комор-бидных состояний у больных РПЖ, что может быть использовано на практике для создания групп риска с целью последующей диагностики злокачественного процесса на ранних стадиях, а также для изучения влияния этих факторов на развитие латентной или агрессивной форм рака простаты.
Today the problem of prostate cancer takes the leading place in the structure of mortality from malignant neoplasms, but only for a few of patients this disease is the direct cause of the death. The oncological aspect of the urology is the inability to distinguish those patients with prostate cancer that will occur latently for many years and sometimes for the whole life. This review gives the meta-analysis of the publications devoted to the study of risk factors and comorbid conditions in patients with prostate cancer, which can be used in practice to organize risk groups with a subsequent diagnosis of the malignant process at the early stages of the disease, and to study their impact on the development of latent or aggressive forms of prostate cancer.
