Полученные культуры ДК имели типичный иммунофено-тип, морфологию и функциональные свойства. Для праймирования ДК использованы лизаты опухолей поджелудочной железы. Адаптирована к клинической практике методика праймирования ДК данными антигенами. Установлено, что праймированные ДК индуцировали активацию и пролиферацию in vitro клонов антигенспецифических Т-лимфоцитов. Определены критерии оценки биобезопасности, контроля качества и стандартизации культур ДК, которые включают подсчет клеток, исследование их морфологии, анализ им-мунофенотипа и жизнеспособности, контроль микробной контаминации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The method of generation of dendritic cells from monocytes was adapted to clinical practice for immunotherapy of pancreatic cancer patients. The cultures of dendritic cells had typical immunophenotype, morphology, and functional properties. Pancreatic cancer cell lysates were used to prime dendritic cells. The method of priming dendritic cells by these antigens was adapted to clinical practice. It was established that primed DCs induced the activation and proliferation of antigen-specific clones of T-lymphocytes in vitro.
