В работе мы проанализировали имеющиеся данные о CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ Тreg. Нами суммирована основная информация о различных субпопуляциях Тreg, механизмах их дифференцировки, иммуносупрессивных свойствах и возможности клинического применения при терапии реакции «трансплантат против хозяина». В настоящее время, благодаря значительному исследовательскому интересу, накоплена значительная база знаний о Тreg и начаты клинические испытания их использования у пациентов с реакцией «трансплантат против хозяина».</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ regulatory cells (Tregs) are a special lineage of cells central in the maintenance of immune homeostasis. In this review, we have analyzed the available data on CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ Tregs. We have summarized the basic information about the various subpopulations of Tregs, the mechanisms of their differentiation, their immunosuppressive properties and the possibility of clinical use in graft-versus-host disease.
