Однократное локальное введение рсDNA_VEGF165/Ang-1 в дозе 100 мкг в ишемизированную скелетную мышцу лабораторных животных начиная с 14-х суток после терапии стимулирует образование сосудов микроциркуляторного русла и статистически значимое увеличение количества капилляров. Применение генотерапевтической субстанции рсDNA_VEGF165/Ang-1 позволяет к 28-м суткам наблюдения полностью восстановить нарушенное кровоснабжение в мышцах бедра и голени нижней конечности крыс, формирует условия для поддержания долговременного положительного эффекта до завершения эксперимента (42-е сутки) с сохранением количества кровеносных сосудов в одном мышечном волокне не ниже показателя, характерного для здоровой ткани.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The combined plasmid construct pcDNA_VEGF165/Ang-1 has a pronounced angiogenic effect under the conditions of the modeled experimental chronic insufficiency of arterial blood supply to the limb. A single local administration of pcDNA_VEGF165/Ang-1 at a dose of 100 μg into the ischemic skeletal muscle of laboratory animals starting from the 14th day after therapy stimulates the formation of microcirculatory bed vessels with a statistically significant increase in the number of capillaries.
