ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ УСЛОВИЙ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ ТЕСТА АКТИВАЦИИ БАЗОФИЛОВ

Аннотация

Оптимизированы условия постановки и учета теста активации базофилов (ТАБ) для лаборатор- ной диагностики IgE-опосредованной аллергии. Установлены оптимальные условия хранения венозной крови для проведения ТАБ: не более 4 ч при температуре 18–25 °С. Адаптировано и обосновано преимущество применения форбол-12-миристат-13-ацетата в качестве неспецифического положительного контроля. Исследована экспрессия молекул, относящихся к разным функциональным классам, на неактивированных и активированных базофилах. Показано, что молекулы CD11b, CD13, CD69, CD107a, CD164 и CD300a усиливают экспрессию на базофилах под влиянием антитела к IgE и могут быть использованы в качестве дополнительных маркеров при постановке ТАБ.
